Social media exploded with commentary. Photos of the driveway eviction—captured by neighbors' security cameras—went viral online. The video showed Diane arrogantly handing over the keys to Marissa, followed by footage from the very next morning showing corporate security escorting them all off the property.
The public humiliation was absolute.
Diane’s country club membership was revoked due to unpaid dues and reputational damage. Her wealthy social circle, which she had bragged to for years about her son's supreme executive success, completely turned their backs on her. She couldn't walk into a local grocery store without hearing people whispering behind her back.
