Three months passed.

The legal proceedings were swift and brutal for Grant and Colin. Faced with unbreakable financial trails, cloud backups of their incriminating conversations, and Dana's full confession in exchange for a plea deal, Grant's defense attorneys dropped him within weeks. He was sentenced to twenty-five years in federal prison without the possibility of parole for financial fraud and premeditated endangerment.
