Chapter 9 - The Legacy of Truth

Five years after the discovery, the Caleb Whitaker Pediatric Foundation had grown into a international network. It had exposed dozens of fraudulent medical practices, saved hundreds of children suffering from misdiagnosed or fabricated conditions, and provided free high-level toxicological testing to low-income families around the world.
Caleb, now thirteen, spent his summers volunteering at the foundation’s community clinic, working alongside medical researchers to understand pediatric health. He was healthy, strong, and possessed a deep sense of empathy that made his father immensely proud.
One evening, as the sun set over the ocean, painting the sky in deep shades of gold and purple, Logan and Emily sat on the patio terrace watching Caleb play fetch with their rescue golden retriever on the lawn.
