Chapter 10 - Where the Light Lands

Six months later, the sun was setting over the meadow behind the farmhouse, casting a warm, golden glow across the lawn.
White folding chairs were arranged in neat rows under the canopy of a massive, ancient oak tree. Strings of fairy lights hung from the branches, twinkling like fallen stars as the evening twilight settled in.
It was a small, intimate wedding. There were no press, no high-society cameras, no corporate titans. Only close friends, nurses from the NICU, Dr. Marcus Vance, and the staff from Julian’s community clinic.

"Julian," Renata spoke her vows first, her voice clear and strong. "Five years ago, I thought my life was broken beyond repair. But true love isn't about never falling; it's about having the courage to rebuild from the ashes. You showed me that you were brave enough to fight for us, brave enough to choose truth over pride, and brave enough to love unconditionally. I give you my heart, my life, and my forever."

Julian wiped a stray tear from his cheek, stepping closer to her.
"Renata," Julian’s voice was rich and deep with emotion. "I spent years holding a scalpel, believing that my hands were meant to save lives. But I was dead inside until you came back into my world. You saved me from the man I was becoming. You gave me a
